Who are S&S ? 

We are a couple who raised five kids and a slew of critters in a big house with a lot of responsibilities.

 

The kids grew up, moved out and started having families of their own and we decided we didn't want to spend the rest of our lives taking care of a big empty house and acres of land.

When our career lives shifted and some health issues arose, we decided the time was now. A healthy portion of equity in the house combined with a great seller's market made the final decision a no-brainer.
